Learning to meditate by a simple method

In our experience of meditating we explore mindful awareness. What we learn is that true lasting happiness does not depend on outer conditions.

All that you need is a sincere desire to open your heart and mind to the present moment. Meditation or training of the mind is a process of discovery. We can use breath to relax the mind into a state of open spacious awareness.

Training our minds in an open-hearted way brings peace and develops confidence and purpose. This, in turn, brings balance and harmony to our relationships and allows us to work with challenging situations more effectively.

Remember: the real meditation begins when you go out in the morning into the world.

Varied forms of meditation:

  • awareness of breath, object and sound;
  • walking meditation, which which allows to enjoy walking mindfully.
